What You'll Do
As an Office Representative, you'll help create a positive experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Build strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service.
- Help schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
- Assist with policy questions, service requests, and general customer inquiries.
- Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on available coverage options.
- Support agency marketing and customer outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Work closely with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
