What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer relationship.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Support sales and growth efforts through referrals, networking, and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate customer information and policy documentation.
- Stay current on insurance products, agency processes, and industry changes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve agency goals.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people with the right attitude as much as experience.
- Active insurance license preferred.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous insurance, sales, customer service, retail, or other people-focused experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proactive and confident when solving problems.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and technology.
